Ingredients

  • n. 700-900 g pike or other fish, minced

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 dl cream

  • 0,75 dl Virtasalmi's Gluten Free Buckwheat Flakes / Oat Flakes

  • 1,5-2tspsalt

  • white pepper

  • 1,5-2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1-2 tbsp dried chives

  • Castike
  • 50 g melted butter

  • 1tspVirtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix

  • 1 yolk

  • 1 dl cream

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

  • a pinch of salt

  • 1 tbsp dried chives

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients and let the dough rise in the fridge for at least 15 minutes, if you can wait an hour the taste will be even better.
  • With moistened hands, roll the dough into rounds and fry in butter or a butter-olive oil mixture over moderate heat until cooked.
  • Castike
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan, but it must not get too hot.
  • Add the flour and cream, stir and add the lemon juice and egg yolk.
  • Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
  • Do not boil the sauce or it will curdle!
  • Season the sauce with salt and chives and serve immediately.
