Ingredients
- Dough
150 g butter
2 dl sugar
3 eggs
1 tlk sour cream
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2tspbaking powder

3-4 pcs apples
0,75 dl sugar
3 tsp cinnamon

Preparation
- Cream the butter and sugar.
- Add the eggs, one by one, beating them into the mixture.
- Add the cream and the dry ingredients mixed together to the dough.
- Peel the apples and remove the cores.
- Grate the apples into a coarse grater.
- Stir the sugar and cinnamon into the grated mixture.
- Place half of the dough in a greased and floured (e.g. dark rice flour) loose pan in an even layer.
- Add the apple sauce on top, followed by the rest of the cake batter.
- Sprinkle almond flakes on top.
- Bake the cake at 175 degrees for about 55-60 min.
- Gluten-free fragrant apple cake is at its best when slightly chilled.
