hoursGluten-free pumpkin spice porridge is an easy breakfast that cooks itself during a night's sleep! What's more, it's easy to make with home-grown gluten-free oatmeal. Reduce your morning chores by making porridge the night before!
Ingredients
2dlalmond drink
2 rkl pumpkin puree
1 rkl maple syrup
1 tl chia seeds
1tlpumpkin spice mix
1 tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
1/4 tl orange zest
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients together. Place in a jar/jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve the gluten-free pumpkin spice porridge with berries/fruit and nuts. If you like, you can reheat the porridge before you start enjoying it.
