Virtasalmen Viljatuote' porridge, oat flakes and fine rice flour make a tasty gluten-free pelt rye. This delicacy is part of many a Midsummer tradition, and no wonder, because one bun is enough to fill several mouths.

Preparation

  • Cook the porridge rice, butter and water until the water is absorbed into the rice.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
  • Spread the dough on a baking sheet and bake in a 225 degree oven for about half an hour.
  • Serve gluten-free pan sheet flatbreads with, for example, egg butter.
