minutesVirtasalmen Viljatuote' porridge, oat flakes and fine rice flour make a tasty gluten-free pelt rye. This delicacy is part of many a Midsummer tradition, and no wonder, because one bun is enough to fill several mouths.

Ingredients
120 g butter
3 dl water
5 dl milk or water-cream mixture (3 dl water + 2 dl cream)
2 eggs
1 prk sour cream
1tspsalt
Preparation
- Cook the porridge rice, butter and water until the water is absorbed into the rice.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
- Spread the dough on a baking sheet and bake in a 225 degree oven for about half an hour.
- Serve gluten-free pan sheet flatbreads with, for example, egg butter.
