minutesThis easy gluten-free mud cake made with buckwheat flour has a delicious dark and chocolatey taste. Serve fresh or freeze for later use if you can bear it. Try it and love it too! The cake makes 12-15 servings.
Ingredients
200 g dairy-free margarine
3 dl sugar
1,5 dl cocoa powder
1 egg
(4-5 tips peppermint or orange oil)
Preparation
- Mix the soft fat and the other ingredients until smooth.
- Bake in a greased pie tin in a 200 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
- The cake should remain slightly soft in the middle.
- Serve a gluten-free mud cake made with buckwheat flour with raspberries, diet-friendly vanilla ice cream or custard.
- You can also freeze the cake and serve it later.
