minutesEasy gluten-free ham pie made with millet flour from Virtasalmen Viljatuote. A deliciously juicy pie suitable for both coffee and lunch.
Ingredients
- Bottom
50 g melted butter
1,5 dl Gluten-free millet flour from Virtasalmi's Grain Product
75 g emmental cheese grated
1 tbsp Turkish yoghurt
- Stuffing
2 eggs
120 g sour cream
1 dl 15 % cream of tartar
2 tsp dijon originale mustard
0,5 tl salt
100 g emmental cheese spread
200 g Poutu pizza slices
Preparation
- Bottom
- Mix the ingredients for the base together.
- Spread on a greased round pie dish.
- Pre-bake the base for about 10 minutes at just under 200 degrees.
- Stuffing
- Mix the toppings with the other ingredients except the grated cheese and pizza cubes.
- Spread the pizza strips on the pre-cooked base.
- Pour the filling mixture over the top and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
- Bake the pie at 180 degrees for another half an hour.
- The gluten-free ham pie is ideal as a savoury snack at the coffee table or for lunch with a salad.
