Ingredients

  • 60 g butter

  • 100 g mashed potatoes

  • 1 egg

  • 1 dl grated cheese

  • 1 dl Gluten Free Steamed Buckwheat Flakes from Virtasalmi Cereal Product

  • 0,5dlVirtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free dark wholegrain teff flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 0,5 tl salt

  • Stuffing
  • 2 eggs

  • 50 g sour cream

  • 100 g Philadelphia cream cheese with French herbs

  • 0,75 tsp salt

  • 1 dl grated cheese

  • 100 g prawns

  • 1 boiled egg

  • dill

  • salt

  • 100 g Smoked particles of poutu

Preparation

  • To make the dough, I first mixed the soft butter, mashed potatoes and egg well and then added the dry ingredients mixed together.
  • You can knead the dough by hand, but you can also mix it with a spoon.
  • Using teff flour, I spread the dough on the bottom of a 26 cm pie pan and then put it in the oven at 225°C for 10 minutes to pre-bake.
  • Stuffing
  • On one side of the pre-fried bottom I spread the smoke strips and on the other side the frozen shrimps, finely chopped boiled egg, dill and a pinch of salt.
  • Then I poured the other ingredients on top, well mixed together.
  • And back in the oven for another 30 minutes.
