Bake a gluten-free swiss roll for the coffee table! swiss roll is a quick and delicious cake that's enough to feed a large group.
NOTE! In this recipe, however, I would like to remind you that the ingredients in the filling may not be suitable for the most sensitive people. According to the importer of Dr.Oetker, the glucose syrup in the muffin filling is made from wheat and/or corn, but the glucose syrup is so processed and pure that it no longer contains gluten or causes allergies. The cake mousse, on the other hand, is labelled 'may contain traces of gluten'.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Beat the eggs and sugar until foamy.
  • Mix the baking powder and vanilla sugar into the flour and sift into the foam.
  • Stir gently to mix.
  • Put half of the dough in a piping bag.
  • Mix the cocoa powder into one half and put it into the other half of the piping bag.
  • On the baking paper, press the stripes first with one colour, and then with the other, filling the empty spaces.
  • Bake at 225 degrees for 6-8 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven.
  • Turn out onto the sugared baking paper and remove the top paper.
  • Turn the plate so that the baking surface is facing up.
  • Spread the toffee filling on top. Mix the cake mousse powder into the water and whisk with an electric whisk for a couple of minutes.
  • Spread the foam over the base.
  • Roll up the cake and place on a serving plate.
