Granola is an easy-to-make and tasty addition to the breakfast table or as a snack. Granola adds flavour, fibre, trace elements and a crunchy texture to curd or yoghurt.

Ingredients

  • 5 dl Cereal Product Gluten Free Steamed Large Whole Grain Oatmeal

  • 1 dl pumpkin seeds / flaxseeds

  • 1 dl sunflower seeds

  • 2 dl cashew nuts / other nuts / almonds

  • 3/4 dl maple syrup/runny honey

  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil (e.g. Virgin rapeseed oil)/ liquid coconut oil

  • 1 tsp cinnamon/ vanilla sugar/ cardamom

  • riposte salt

  • Also
  • 1 dl dried cranberries/other dried fruit or dried berries

Preparation

  • Measure all the ingredients except the dried berries onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and mix well.
  • Bake in a 175 °C oven for 20-30 minutes. Stir a couple of times during baking. Make sure that the granola does not burn.
  • Allow to cool and add the dried berries/fruit to the mixture. Pour the cooled granola into a glass jar with a lid and serve with yoghurt or curd, for example. The granola will keep at room temperature for several weeks.
