- Bottom
100 g room temperature butter or margarine
2 dl grated cheese
0,5 tl salt
- Stuffing
5 dl water
1 prk (400 g) tomato paste
1 pss (195 g) Processor's Hawaiian stew ingredients
3 tsp Sweet Chili dipping sauce
300 g minced meat or chopped minced meat steaks or meatballs
Slices of cheese on top
Preparation
- Bottom
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Fold the ingredients into a smooth paste and spread the paste on the bottom and sides of the pie dish (about 24 cm in diameter).
- Pre-bake the base for about 10 minutes before adding the filling.
- Stuffing
- Brown the minced meat or chop the minced meat/meatballs into small pieces.
- Put 5 dl of water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. When the water starts to boil, add the tomato paste, the stew ingredients and the dipping sauce.
- Cook for about 15 minutes and add the minced meat or steaks/buns.
- Spread the filling over the base and top with cheese slices.
- Bake on the bottom shelf of the oven for about 30 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
- Let cool for a moment and serve with a salad, for example.
