Ingredients

  • Bottom
  • 100 g room temperature butter or margarine

  • 2 dl grated cheese

  • 2 dl Virtasalmen Grain Tea Gluten Free Bun Flour Mix

  • 0,5 tl salt

  • Stuffing
  • 5 dl water

  • 1 prk (400 g) tomato paste

  • 1 pss (195 g) Processor's Hawaiian stew ingredients

  • 3 tsp Sweet Chili dipping sauce

  • 300 g minced meat or chopped minced meat steaks or meatballs

  • Slices of cheese on top

Preparation

  • Bottom
  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  • Fold the ingredients into a smooth paste and spread the paste on the bottom and sides of the pie dish (about 24 cm in diameter).
  • Pre-bake the base for about 10 minutes before adding the filling.
  • Stuffing
  • Brown the minced meat or chop the minced meat/meatballs into small pieces.
  • Put 5 dl of water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. When the water starts to boil, add the tomato paste, the stew ingredients and the dipping sauce.
  • Cook for about 15 minutes and add the minced meat or steaks/buns.
  • Spread the filling over the base and top with cheese slices.
  • Bake on the bottom shelf of the oven for about 30 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
  • Let cool for a moment and serve with a salad, for example.
