Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  • Grease and flour a loaf pan (about 1 litre).
  • In a bowl, mix the butter, sugars, egg and mashed bananas.
  • Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the dough.
  • Pour the dough into the baking pan and bake the bread on the middle shelf of the oven for an hour.
  • Let the banana bread cool for a moment before removing it from the pan.
  • Indulge yourself!
