Gluten-free berry pie with bun powder mix is easy to make with fresh or frozen berries. 

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Bottom
  • Cream the soft butter and sugar.
  • Add the egg and flavouring to the foam.
  • Add the dry ingredients, stirring gently.
  • Press the dough into the greased pie dish.
  • Stuffing
  • Top with the berry mixture and a little jam sugar.
  • On top of the berries, mix the remaining fillings.
  • If you like, you can sprinkle lingonberries on top.
  • Bake the base at about 200°C for 30 minutes.
  • Gluten-free berry pie made with a bun flour mix is best when slightly cooled.
