minutesGluten-free berry pie with bun powder mix is easy to make with fresh or frozen berries.
Ingredients
- Bottom
100 g butter
0,5 dl sugar
1 egg
1 ml Butter-Vanilla fragrance
1 tsp baking powder
- Stuffing
2 dl sour cream
0,5 dl sugar
1 egg
1 tsp tsp vanilla sugar
berries of your choice
(jam sugar)
Preparation
- Bottom
- Cream the soft butter and sugar.
- Add the egg and flavouring to the foam.
- Add the dry ingredients, stirring gently.
- Press the dough into the greased pie dish.
- Stuffing
- Top with the berry mixture and a little jam sugar.
- On top of the berries, mix the remaining fillings.
- If you like, you can sprinkle lingonberries on top.
- Bake the base at about 200°C for 30 minutes.
- Gluten-free berry pie made with a bun flour mix is best when slightly cooled.
