  • Bottom
  • Mix the base ingredients together.
  • Place baking paper on the bottom of a loose baking pan (24 cm) or use a regular pie dish.
  • Press the dough into the bottom and sides of the pan.
  • Pre-bake the base in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
  • Stuffing
  • Defrost and drain the frozen shrimp.
  • Finely chop the leek and dill.
  • Mix the filling ingredients together.
  • Spread the filling over the pre-baked base.
  • Bake the pie for about 30 minutes in the middle of the oven.
  • Let stand for about 15 minutes before serving.
