Millet is a naturally gluten-free plant, which is generally suitable for many people. In Virtasalmen Viljatuote's range you will find millet in both flour and groats. The flour is great for bread dough and the small groats make a tasty porridge. The millet groats have been processed so that the saponin on the surface is removed before the groats are ground. It is still a good idea to rinse the groats before cooking.
