Ingredients
3,5 dl Virtasalmi's Gluten-Free Nettle Seed Germ Flour Puree
2,5 dl boiling water
0,5 dl oil
finger salt (on top)
Preparation
- Mix into a smooth mass and pour onto a baking tray.
- Pat into a smooth disk (you can use a plastic glove, use a spatula or bake with another baking sheet to prevent the dough from sticking)
- Sprinkle the top with sea salt flakes.
- Bake at 150 degrees for about an hour.
- Cool and cut the gluten-free nettle germ into pieces. If you want precise pieces, use a pizza cutter to cut or roll the dough before putting it in the oven. This way the pieces will come off more neatly when the cookie is cooled.
