Ingredients
390 g / n. 6 dl Virtasalmen Cereal Product Light Brown Gluten-free flour mix
220 g / n. 2,5 dl sugar
45 g / n. 1 dl dark cocoa powder
3 tsp baking powder
0,5 tl salt
225 g melted dairy-free baking margarine
4,5 dl gluten-free oat drink
1 dl coffee
- Kuorrute
0,5 dl coffee
30 g / n. 0,75 dl dark cocoa powder
5 dl icing sugar
2-3 tbsp gluten-free oat drink

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
Mix the dry ingredients. Gently mix in the liquid ingredients. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet. - Bake for about 13-15 minutes, or until a stick test comes out clean. The base should feel soft and elastic. Allow the base to cool.
- Mix the ingredients for the icing. Add more oat drink/coffee to taste if needed. Spread the icing on the cooled base and decorate with sprinkles. If you refrigerate the frosted mocha squares for an hour or two, you can cut them into neat pieces.
- Gluten-free and vegan mocha squares are ready to enjoy.
