4 eggs
3 dl sugar
2 dl whipping cream
2tspbaking powder
2 dl butter or margarine
3,5 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
1 tsp cinnamon
0,5 tsp cardamom
0,5 tsp ground cloves
0,5 tsp ground ginger
0,5 tsp ground pomeranus
- Or
1 tbsp gingerbread icing
Preparation
- Beat the eggs and sugar until foamy.
- To the mixture add the cream, spices, butter and the flour mix to which the baking powder has been mixed.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- If you have a muffin tin, place paper muffin liners in the holes and pour a little more than half the volume of the muffin tin into the liners so the muffins don't spread.
- You can also use plain American paper muffin liners unless you have a muffin tin.
- Bake the muffins in a 180°C oven on the bottom shelf for about. 20-25 minutes depending on the oven temperature.
- Let the muffins cool and sprinkle the icing sugar over the top through a sieve.
