Ingredients
1 egg
1 dl sugar
2tspbaking powder
100 g margarine, melted
0,5 dl milk
1,5 tsp vanilla sugar
n. 100 g white chocolate
box of strawberries
Preparation
- Whisk the egg and sugar together. Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the melted margarine, dry ingredients and milk to the dough, alternately. Gently fold in the mixture.
- Use a spoon or ice cream scoop to scoop into muffin tins. Top with a few pieces of strawberry and white chocolate if desired. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
- Gluten-free strawberry and white chocolate muffins are at their best when fresh from the oven.

Chocolates can often contain gluten, which is also mentioned on the packaging of the chocolates in question. Some manufacturers have chocolates labelled as gluten-free. For example, Panda's chocolate bars are gluten-free. You should always check the product information on the packaging. 🙂
