4 dl millet semolina (cooked, approx. 1 dl raw semolina)
2 egg
1 dl grated cheese
salt and pepper

your favourite sauces and meat/vegetable protein
Preparation
- Boil the millet (1dl millet and 2 dl water). Mix the rest of the ingredients with the cooked and cooled millet. Take a golf ball sized piece of the mixture and mould it into a tight ball. With the other hand, supporting the edges, press the ball into a 1-2 cm thick disc. Transfer the disc to an oiled pan using a spatula. Fry until golden on both sides.
- Serve with your choice of protein and sauce. We have chicken and tzatziki in the picture.
