The gluten-free Herkkupikk breads are easy to prepare from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' light, gluten-free flour mix. These biscuits are suitable for serving at the coffee table on weekdays as well as on special occasions. Try and love them too!

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Cream together the butter, sugars and syrup.
  • Add the egg while beating.
  • Combine the flour and soda and add to the net mixture.
  • Mix well.
  • Allow the dough to rise in the fridge for an hour.
  • Shape the dough into cookies on a baking sheet and bake in a 200°C oven for 9-10 minutes.
  • Serve the gluten-free cookies with coffee or tea.
