minutesThe gluten-free Herkkupikk breads are easy to prepare from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' light, gluten-free flour mix. These biscuits are suitable for serving at the coffee table on weekdays as well as on special occasions. Try and love them too!
Ingredients
100 g butter
1 dl sugar
1 dl light syrup
5,5 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
1 egg
1tspbaking soda
2 tsp vanilla sugar
Preparation
- Cream together the butter, sugars and syrup.
- Add the egg while beating.
- Combine the flour and soda and add to the net mixture.
- Mix well.
- Allow the dough to rise in the fridge for an hour.
- Shape the dough into cookies on a baking sheet and bake in a 200°C oven for 9-10 minutes.
- Serve the gluten-free cookies with coffee or tea.
