The versatile Pizza & Street Food Mix is also suitable for sweet baking. Finish your muffins with a frosting of cocoa powder, icing sugar and butter - and add a cherry on top of the cupcake!

100 g butter
2,5 dl Cereal product Pizza & Street Food Mix
1 dl dark (unsweetened) cocoa powder
2 dl sugar
1,5 tsp vanilla sugar
1,5 tsp baking powder
0,25 tsp salt
1,5 dl milk or cream
2 pcs eggs

100 g butter
2 dl icing sugar
4 tbsp dark (unsweetened) cocoa powder
1-3 tbsp water
Preparation
- Melt the butter and allow to cool. Mix the dry ingredients together.
- Add the butter melt, milk/cream and eggs and mix until smooth.
- Divide the batter into 12 muffin tins. Bake in a 175°C oven for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Prepare the icing. Mix room temperature butter, icing sugar and cocoa powder. Gradually add water until the frosting has a smooth consistency.

Tip
- Freeze the muffins without frosting and frost only after defrosting.
