2 dl fine sugar
2,5 tl baking powder
2,5tspvanilla sugar
2 dl whipping cream
3 eggs
150 g curdled margarine (or melted margarine)
1 dl Coffee
- Frosting
60 g melted butter
0,25 dl coffee
3,5 dl icing sugar
chocolate candies
Preparation
- Mix the dry ingredients together.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a wooden fork until smooth.
- Pour into a greased and floured ring baking dish.
- If you use a silicone liner, there is no need to grease and flour it.
- Bake in the oven at 175°C for 45-55 minutes.
- Test for ripeness with a toothpick, for example. When the dough does not stick to the stick, the cake is ready.
- Dip the cake and let it cool before frosting.
- Frosting
- Mix the icing ingredients until smooth and pour or spoon over the cake.
- Decorate with chocolate candies.
The products are good and cheap in large packages, but with postage, the price per kilo is high.
