This special herb feta dip from Virtasalmen Viljatuote is specially designed for the nettle leaf beetle! However, the fresh dip is suitable for all dipping!

Ingredients

  • n. 1 dl fresh basil

  • n. 1 dl fresh mint

  • n. 1 dl fresh parsley

  • 300 g Turkish or Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • a splash of olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove

  • n. 50 crumbled feta

Preparation

  • In a bowl, add the trypsin, oil, lemon juice and crushed garlic. Mix with a hand blender until as small as possible. Add the yoghurt and mix with a spoon until smooth. Crumble in the feta cheese in small pieces. Enjoy the herb feta dip with the nettle sprouts.
  • Without a hand blender: chop the attempts as small as possible. Finely chopped fresh herbs require about 0.5 dl. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl with a spoon and enjoy!
