Oatmeal pasta is good fresh and warm, for example with Turkish yoghurt or curd. It's also easy to make a larger batch ready to eat in the busy mornings.

1,5 dl Mango puree (banana is also fine)
2 dl (Valio Oddlygood barista) gluten-free oat drink
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
riposte salt
riposte cardamom
riposte cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
1 tl vanilla sugar
1,5 dl blueberries
Preparation
- Mix the dry ingredients together.
- Mix the oatmeal and eggs.
- Add the dry ingredients to the oat drink mixture, mix until smooth.
- Add the mango puree, blueberries and honey, stir.
- Grease a 26 cm diameter ovenproof dish and pour the mixture into the dish, if you like you can add more berries or almond chips to toast in the oven.
- Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Tip
- This recipe can be easily adapted by adding nuts, almond flakes, seeds, other berries or fruit to the porridge.
