minutesEasy gluten-free chocolate bar cookies are made with buckwheat flour from Virtasalmen Viljatuote.
Ingredients
175 g butter
1 dl sugar
1 dl brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1 egg
80 g gluten-free chocolate
0,5 dl potato flour
3,5 dl Gluten-free Fine Buckwheat Flour from Virtasalmi Cereal Products
1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
- Cream the butter and sugar.
- Add the egg and the melted, cooled chocolate.
- Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the dough.
- Let the dough set in the fridge for a few hours.
- Use your hands to shape the dough into cookies of your choice. (e.g. bars or round cookies.)
- Bake the cookies in the oven at 225°C for 8-10 minutes.
- Dip the cookies in melted chocolate.
- Gluten-free chocolate bar cookies are ready to serve as soon as the chocolate has set.
