3 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote’s gluten-free broad bean flour mix
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
250 g quark
Tomato sauce / ketchup
Other toppings as per your taste
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Divide the dough in 9 and roll them in your hand.
Flatten the rolls to get pizza crusts and lay them onto baking paper.
Add the tomato sauce, toppings and grated cheese.
Bake at 225°C for about 10-15 minutes.
