Ingredients
1 dl Gluten-free Rice & Corn Flakes from Virtasalmi Cereal Products
4 tsp broiler corn
0,5 tsp currya
3 tsp onion powder
500 g chicken fillets (natural)
A knob of butter for frying
Preparation
- Roll the fillets first in the egg and then in the light flour mix.
- Crush the cereal in a bag, e.g. with a rolling pin.
- Mix the spices and crushed cereal together and spread evenly on a shallow plate.
- Turn the fillets again in the egg and then in the cornflour mix and fry in a knob of butter in a frying pan on both sides.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice and vegetables.
