Preparation

  • Prepare a looser puree of mashed potato powder than the instructions on the packet.
  • Add a knob of butter and salt. Let cool.
  • Mix in the egg and the dark flour mix.
  • Using a tablespoon, lift the pieces of dough onto the baking paper and shape them into thin round patties with floured hands.
  • Bake at 250 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
