Gluten-free fresh pasta and a delicious tomato sauce are the perfect combination! Fresh pasta is usually softer and tastier than dried pasta, and it cooks quickly. All you need is a flour mix, eggs and a rolling pin.

Preparation

  • Measure the flour mixture into the baking bowl.
  • Make a hole in the middle.
  • Add the eggs to the cavity.
  • Knead to a smooth paste.
  • Shape the dough into a thick disk and place it in plastic wrap at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  • Flour the table with fine rice flour and roll the dough into a really thin disk - or use a pasta machine.
  • Cut the pasta into the desired size strips.
  • Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Lift the pasta from the pot directly onto a plate. No need to rinse.
  • Enjoy warm.
