minutesGluten-free fresh pasta and a delicious tomato sauce are the perfect combination! Fresh pasta is usually softer and tastier than dried pasta, and it cooks quickly. All you need is a flour mix, eggs and a rolling pin.
Ingredients
2 dl Virtasalmi Grain Product Pizza & Streetfood Mix flour blend
2 pcs chicken eggs
Preparation
- Measure the flour mixture into the baking bowl.
- Make a hole in the middle.
- Add the eggs to the cavity.
- Knead to a smooth paste.
- Shape the dough into a thick disk and place it in plastic wrap at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- Flour the table with fine rice flour and roll the dough into a really thin disk - or use a pasta machine.
- Cut the pasta into the desired size strips.
- Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water for about 2-3 minutes.
- Lift the pasta from the pot directly onto a plate. No need to rinse.
- Enjoy warm.
Tip
- Prepare a delicious tomato sauce to serve with pasta according to the lasagne recipe.
