Gluten-free seed porridge is an easy snack made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' gluten-free seed porridge bread mix.

Ingredients

  • Virtasalmen Viljatuote Gluten Free Seed Bread Mix

  • 2,5 dl boiling water

  • 0,5 dl mild oil

  • finger salt

Preparation

  • Mix until smooth and pour onto a baking sheet.
  • Pat into a smooth disk (you can put your hand inside a plastic bag or use a silicone spatula to prevent the dough from sticking)
  • Sprinkle the surface with finger salt. If you like, use a pizza cutter to cut the pizza into light pieces. The pieces will come off easily after baking.
  • Bake at 150 degrees for about an hour.
  • Chill and cut the gluten-free semolina into pieces.
  • Treat yourself to a snack on game night or while watching a movie! You can also take a snack with you to work or on a picnic.
