Gluten-free yogurt cake

INGREDIENTS

3 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote’s gluten-free wholegrain rice flour
3 dl sugar
2 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote’s gluten-free corn flour
2 dl plain yogurt
200 g melted butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tl Virtasalmen Viljatuote’s gluten-free psyllium powder

PREPARATION

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl (do not whisk).
Put the batter in a buttered and floured cake mould.
Bake the bake at 175°C for about 1 hour.
Let it cool and unmould the cake.
Decorate if you want with lemon icing glaze.
