Gluten-free and vegan mocha cake is a treat loved by Finns young and old! Easy and fast to bake and disappears in a second!

Guten-free vegan mocha cake

Ingredients
 220 g sugar (2 ½ dl)
 45 g cocoa powder (1 dl)
 3 tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp salt
 225 g melted vegan butter
 4 ½ dl gluten-free oat milk
 1 dl coffee
Frosting
 ½ dl coffee
 30 g cocoa powder (¾ dl)
 5 dl powdered sugar
 2 tbsp (2-3 tbsp) gluten-free oat milk
 Gluten-free sprinkles
Directions

Preheat oven to 200 C. Mix dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients and mix gently. Pour on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until toothpick test comes out clean. Let cool. Mix frosting ingredients and spread on top of the cake and decorate with sprinkles. Let cool in the fridge for an hour or two and cut into squares.
