Gluten-free whipped lingonberry porridge is super easy and yet delicious!

Ingredients
 1 l water
 2.50 dl mashed lingonberry
 Few strawberries
 Pinch of salt
 0.50 dl sugar
Directions

Mix flour into boiling water.
Season with salt.
Let it slowly cook for 10 minutes. Stir from times to times.
Add lingonberry mash, strawberries and sugar. Mix well.
Let it cool down completely.
Mix to get a fluffy & light porridge.
We can serve with whipped cream.
