Preheat oven to 225 C / 437 F. Mix dry ingredients, add warm water & olive oil. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it feels like soft. Oil cast iron pan and press dough to the bottom & edges. Let rise for 15 min.
Mix marinara ingredients. Spread olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder on top of the crust. Spread marinara sauce evenly and add mozzarella. Bake for 20 minutes
You can roast the tomatoes (about 200 g) at the same time in a separate dish. Serve pizza with oven roasted tomatoes and herbs.
Tip: You can also make this into a thin crust pizza by spreading the dough on a baking sheet. The baking time is shorter, about 12-15 minutes.
