Gluten-free vegan donuts are easy to bake and serve!

Gluten-free vegan donuts

Ingredients
 80 g almond flour (~2dl)
 50 g sugar (~½dl)
 2 tsp ground cardamom
 ¾ tsp salt
 2 tsp dry yeast
 3 dl oat milk
 1 dl dairy-free yogurt
 ½ dl melted coconut oil or canola oil
Frosting
 melted coconut oil
 sugar
Directions

Preheat oven to 200 C. Grease donut pan.
Mix dry ingredients. Mix oat milk and yogurt. Warm to 42 C.
Combine oat milk – yogurt mixture with dry ingredients. Add coconut oil and mix everything gently together.
Cover dough and let rise in a warm place for about 30-40 minutes.
If the dough feels sticky add a bit of gluten-free bun flour mix. Pipe dough into the donut pan and bake 200 C for 12-15 minutes. Let cool and remove donuts from the pan. Dip donuts into oil and sugar.
