Gluten-free vegan blueberry cardamom pancakes make every morning a little bit better! This recipe bakes approx. 20 small pancakes.

Ingredients
 2 ½ dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's Gluten-free Pancake Flour Mix
 4 tbsp coconut sugar
 2 tbsp coconut oil
 ½ tsp ground cardamom
 ½ tsp baking powder
 ¼ tsp salt
 2 dl plant-based milk
 1 dl plant-based yogurt
 1 dl sparkling water
 1 dl blueberries (approx., fozen or fresh)
For serving
 maple syrup and berries
Directions

Mix well and let pancake batter thicken for about 10 min. Cook about 1,5 tbsp per pancake on both sides. Enjoy with maple syrup and more berries.
