Gluten-free rustic apple pie is baked with our Gluten-free Carrot and Sunflower Seeds Flour Mix. This rustic pie pairs perfectly with tea or coffee!

Gluten-free rustic apple pie

Ingredients
Baking tray (half for pie pan)
 4 eggs
 200 g melted butter / margarine
 3 ½ dl sugar
 4 tsp vanilla sugar
 4 dl double cream
 3 tsp baking powder
 1 ½ tsp baking soda
On top
 apple slices (approx. 4-6)
 cinnamon
 sugar
Directions

Mix the eggs with a wooden fork. Add melted butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Add baking powder and soda. Add cream and flour mix in turns and mix.

Grease and flour a pie pan or line a baking tray with baking paper. Add the dough and place apple slices on top. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top. Bake in 200-degrees for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy with vanilla dressing or ice cream!
