Ingredients
 1 ½ dl maple syrup
 1 dl coconut sugar
 3 eggs
 1 dl peanut butter
 2 tsp vanilla extract
 2 ½ dl pumpkin puree
 2 tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp baking soda
 1 pinch salt
 2 tsp pumpkin spice mix
 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp groung cardamom
 1 dl almond milk
 100 g dark chocolate chips
Directions

In a bowl mix maple syrup, coconut sugar, eggs, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. Then add the pumpkin puree and stir. In another bowl mix flours, baking powder, baking soda and spices together. Add half of the flour mixture to the batter and half of the milk at the same time. Mix until smooth. Then add the remaining flours and milk and stir. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Spoon to lined muffin tins about ¾ full. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in F) for about 15 minutes, until a toothpick inserted to the center comes out clean.
