Easy gluten-free crispbread from Virtasalmen Viljatuote’s nettle & seeds seed crispbread flour mix! Try our herb feta dip recipe with this crispbread!

Gluten-free nettle & seeds crispbread

Ingredients
 250 ml boiling water
 50 ml sunflower oil
 Flake salt
Directions

Mix all ingredients to obtain smooth dough.
Line an oven tray with parchment paper and put the dough onto the tray.
Flatten the dough with your fingers (you can wear single-use gloves so the dough does not stick).
Sprinkle flake salt.
Bake at 150°C for about 1 hour.
Let it cool down and cut into pieces.
Enjoy plain or with our herb feta dip sauce!
