Easy gluten-free crispbread made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote’s multi-seed crispbread mix!

Gluten-free seed crispbread

Ingredients
 2 ½ dl boiling water
 ½ dl sunflower oil
 Flake salt
Directions

Mix all ingredients to obtain a smooth dough. Line an oven baking tray with parchment paper and put the dough onto the tray.
Flatten the dough with your fingers (you can use single-use gloves or silicone spatula so the dough does not stick).
Sprinkle flake salt.
Bake at 150°C for about 1 hour.
Let it cool down and cut into pieces.
Enjoy!

TIPS! cut the dough with a pizza cutter BEFORE oven to make clean edged pieces. These are easier to separate after baking and cooling.
