The minced meat pie is a Finnish classic food called "lihapiirakka". Our recipe is easy to make and tastes good even after days! Simple but tasty food for the whole family!
Pinch the butter and dry ingredients into a crum dough. Add quark but don't knead the dough. Place in fridge and make the filling.
Cook the rice in approx. 2 dl water. Cook the minced meat with onions and spice well. Smash the eggs with a fork. Mix rice, meat and egg together.
Roll the dough on baking paper to the size of the oven tray. Use flours if needed. Spread the filling on half of the dough. Flip the other side on top of the filling. Close the edges carefully with a fork. Brake the egg in a glass and glaze the top with it. Punch little holes with a fork on top. Bake in 200 degrees for approx. 20-25 minutes.
