Gluten-free lingonberry crumble pie is easy and fast to bake! Serve with vanilla sauce or ice cream.

Gluten-free lingonberry crumble pie

Ingredients
Baking tray (half for pie pan)
 1 tsp baking soda
 1 tsp vanilla sugar
 2 ½ dl sugar
 2 ½ dl melted margarine
 1 egg
 2 ½ dl buttermilk
 5 dl lingonberries
Directions

Mix dry ingredients together and add in margarine. Mix "pinching" to crumble. Separate a third of the dough in another bowl. Add buttermilk and egg to the larger one. Grease and flour a pie pan or line a baking tray with baking paper. Pour in the dough and add lingonberries on top. Add the crumble on top of lingonberries. Bake in 200-degrees for approx. 30 minutes.

Serve with vanilla sauce or ice cream!
