Gluten-free lemon bundt cake

Ingredients
Cake
 150 g margarine
 170 g (2dl) white sugar
 25 g (½dl) brown sugar
 2 tsp baking powder
 2 tsp vanilla powder
 ½ tsp salt
 1 tsp lemon zest
 1 dl lemon juice
 2 dl lemon flavored unsweetened sparkling water
Frosting
 3 dl powdered sugar
 1 tsp turmeric powder (optional, for color)
 2 tbsp lemon juice or until you the desired consistency
Directions

Preheat oven to 175 C.
Grease and flour the bundt pan. Melt magarine and let cool. Mix dry ingredients, add liquids. Mix gently together and pour into the pan. Bake for about 50 min. Let cool, take cake from the pan and frost it.
