Gluten-free gingerbread cookies

Ingredients
 1 dl dark syrup
 1 dl sugar
 2 tsp cinnamon
 2 tsp ginger
 1 tsp bitter orange peel powder
 1 tsp carnation
 ½ tsp allspice
 ½ tsp salt
 100 g butter
 2 eggs
 1 tsp baking soda
Directions

Boil syrup, sugar, and spices in a pan.
Add butter to the mix when slightly cooled down. Add eggs.
Combine baking soda to the flour mix and add into the pan.
Place the gingerbread dough in an air-tight bowl and let it harden in a fridge overnight.
Roll the dough into a thin sheet with the help of flours. Make cookies with a cookie mold.
Bake in 200-degrees for 5-7 minutes.
