This easy and fast pie recipe is perfect with other berries and apples! No crumbs to spread and batter to half. Just mix, spread and bake!

Gluten-free easy blueberry pie

 150 g margarine
 2 ½ dl sugar
 3 eggs
 1 ½ dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's Gluten-Free Bun Flour Mix
 1 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's Gluten-Free Oat Flour Mix
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 tbsp cardemom
 5 dl bilberries

Mix melted margarine and sugar together. Add eggs and mix. Combine dry ingredients and add to the batter.

Grease and flour a tart pan with Oat Flour Mix. Scrape the batter into the pan. Sprinkle blueberries/bilberries on top evenly all the way to the edges. Bake in 200 degrees for about 30minutes.

Serve warm with vanilla dressing or ice cream!
