Gluten-free Christmas bread

Ingredients
 5 dl buttermilk
 50 g yeast
 2 tsp bitter orange peal
 1 tsp fennel seeds
 1 tsp anise seeds
 1 tsp salt
 ½ dl oil
 1 dl suryp
On top
 suryp
 water
Directions

Warm up the buttermilk to body-temperature.
Mix in the yeast and psyllium.
Let it rest for approx. 5 minutes.
crush the spices finer. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl little by little. Knead the dough well with hand or machine.
Work the dough into two round loaves of bread with the help of flours.
Let them rise for 45-60 minutes. Punch small holes on top with a fork.
Bake in 200 degrees for approx. 40 minutes.
Smear water-syrup mix on top of the bread loafs before taking them out of the oven.
