Gluten-free chocolate tahini bars

Gluten-free Chocolate Tahini Bars

Ingredients
 15 ½ dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's oats
 1 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's buckwheat flakes
 1 dl crushed pecan nuts
 pinch of salt
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tsp cinnamon
 1 dl tahini
 maple syrup
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 dl chocolate chips
Directions

Mix oats, buckwheat flakes, pecans, chia seeds, salt and cinnamon together. In another bowl mix tahini, maple syrup and vanilla together. Pour the dry ingredients into the bowl with the tahini mixture and stir until combined.

Line a dish with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the dish, spreading into an even layer. Press the mixture firmly, the better you press, the better the bars will stay together. Put the bars into a fridge for about two hours.

When the mixture has set, cut it into bars. Melt the chocolate in the microwave and drizzle over top the bars. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to harden the chocolate.
