Gluten-free chocolate muffins (rice flour)

Ingredients
 1 ½ dl milk (soy, oat, lactose-free...)
 2 egg
 2 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp vanilla sugar
 1 ½ dl sugar
 200 g dark chocolate
Directions

Set oven to 180-degrees.
Melt 125g of chocolate.
Mix dry ingredients and add milk, eggs and melted chocolate. Mix even.
Add the rest of the chocolate to the dough (and on the top of the muffins).
Divide the dough into muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes.
