This delicious gluten-free carrot & sunflower seeds loaf bread is very easy and quick to make !

Gluten-free carrot & sunflower seeds loaf bread

Ingredients
 5 dl water
 25 g fresh yeast
 3 tbsp light syrup
 1 tsp salt
Directions

Mix yeast and water until dissolve.
Add syrup and salt and mix.
Add 5,5 dl of flour mix and knead well. Use the rest of the flour mix to flour the loaf pan.
Put the bread in a loaf pan and cover with clean table cloth
Let it rise for about 60 minutes.
Bake at 210°C for about 45 minutes.
