Gluten-free carrot & oat sheet pan bread is an easy way to make bread fast and without a bread tin! Try this bread with a soft flavor now!

 4 dl water
 17 g dry yeast1 ½ packages
 2 tbsp light syrup
 1 tsp salt
 2 carrots
 ½ dl Oil

Grate carrots. Mix flours, oat flakes and dry yeast together. Add warm water and syrup. Dough is thick so it's easier to mix it by hand or dough hook.

Transfer to a small tin (25x35 cm) lined with baking paper. Pat thin with wet hands. Cut squares so that the knife hits the tin. Optional: sprinkle oat flakes and seeds on top. Let the bread rise for at least 30 minutes under a kitchen cloth.
Bake in 225 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden.
